The Abandoned House is an abandoned building located in the northeast part of Leyawiin, across the street from Betto Plotius' house.
The house consists of one room, which is knee-deep in water (perhaps a reason it was abandoned). It has little of interest besides a couple crates near the door (the large one holds several bottles of beer and ale), a scattering of gold coins on the crates, and a bed where the brave (or foolhardy) can crash.
A trapdoor in the far corner of the room leads to the basement, which is fully flooded. It used to be a storage room (shelving units fill the space in even rows), but has largely been cleaned out; assiduous explorers can find a few goodies, though: a flawed pearl, potions of feather and water breathing, and a few sacks with junk in them. A hole broken in the wall leads to an adjacent basement, access is blocked by a fallen shelf, but with care the gap can be squeezed through.
