Hald Warm-Hands is a Nord commoner who works as a masseuse at Kraken's Spa.
Hald is quite popular, and thus remains busy. He gets up at 6am every morning and gets some exercise for two hours before eating a two-hour breakfast. His days are largely his own, except for his scheduled massages (all of which are one hour long):

Every day at 8pm, he takes a break to eat dinner for two hours, then goes for a walk about the spa before retiring to bed at midnight.
Hald wears light brown linen pants and clogs (no shirt), and carries a small amount of gold and a loaf of bread.
When you talk to him, he'll introduce himself: "Greetings, I'm Hald. They call me "Hald Warm-hands", Mistress Melinda employs me to provide massages to the patrons of the Spa, for a reasonable fee." If you ask what a massage costs, he says: "It's 25 gold an hour, and by the looks of you it will take at least two hours to get the knots and kinks out. So, 50 gold."
