Tiberius is a Breton mage who lives in Bravil; he's retired, and dabbles in alchemy and recharges magic items on the side.
He gets up at 8am every morning and eats breakfast, then goes to A Warlock's Luck to sit and read. At 11am, he goes home to work for a few hours; he eats lunch at 4pm, then goes to visit his friend Decimus and have a few beers. He returns home at 9pm to read a book before going to bed at 11pm.
Tiberius wears a brown shirt, short britches, and russet felt shoes. He carries two bottles of port, some butter, various ingredients (corn, crab meat, rat poison, daedra venin, dryad saddle polypore cap, emetic russula cap), a full set of alchemical apparatus, one each lesser and common soul gems, copies of Brief History of the Empire v4 and Fundaments of Alchemy, a house key, and a small amount of gold.
Tiberius house is located in the southwest part of Bravil, south of the chapel and across the street from Rathmer's Books. The lower floor serves as his "shop" (he has a table to use as a counter), but he also prepares food there, as evidenced by the shelf of foodstuffs near the fireplace. A set of stairs leads to the second floor, which has two rooms - his living/dining area (a dining table, another table with a bench), and his bedroom (a double bed, two chests of drawers, and a small table strewn with scrolls).
