Port Telvannis (also spelled Port Telvanis[1] or Port Telvanni)[UOL 1] is a city located on an archipelago in the Padomaic Ocean, northeast of Morrowind. It is described as an island palace under the control of Great House Telvanni,[2] and was their capital during the Third Era.[UOL 2][UOL 3] The Parliament of Bugs, the High Telvanni wizards who preside over the entire house, are headquartered here.[1]
One of the more prominent citizens coming from Port Telvannis in the Third Era was Xal, a human Marukhati[1] who issued correspondence from the city.[UOL 1]
