Diren Vendu is a Dark Elf sorceress who sells spells and spellmaking services to all who need them in Tel Mora's Tower Services area.
She is wearing a Shockeater Robe, a Blood Despair Amulet and a Third Barrier Ring. She carries a Devil Tanto. Aside from her natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by her ancestors, she knows a variety of spells, which you can buy from her.
