Molag Amur, [4,-3] |
Marandus is a Dunmer stronghold in the Molag Amur region. It is located to the northwest of Suran, on the shore of Lake Nabia. It is one of the many ancient strongholds left from a brighter time in Dunmer history.
Strongholds have largely been abandoned, but remain attractive to the underworld. Marandus has been taken over by a group of rogue Redorans looking to expand the influence of House Redoran in the Molag Amur region. It has a Propylon Chamber linking to Telasero and Hlormaren, and the Dome houses a chest with a random ebony weapon.
NotesEdit
- The Marandus Propylon Index can be found on the floor of a storage room in the basement of Vivec's St. Olms Temple, behind a locked door between two crates. It is inside the temple itself (not inside the named St. Olms Storage room in the depths of the St. Olms Canalworks), accessible from the Plaza.
- Due to its central location, it provides access to the Propylon network, which links to Balmora and Pelagiad, and from there Vivec and Ebonheart, through clever use of Intervention spell strings.
- The Dome has a bed, two chests, a bookcase, and three baskets for storage. It can make a decent home, especially for a roleplaying vampire.
PeopleEdit
- With enough faction reputation, the Redorans in this stronghold will not be hostile.
