River's Edge is a player home in Morrowind Rebirth that is purchasable for 20,000 gold from Brutus in the Imperial Estate Agency in Ebonheart. "Ah, Balmora. The town that has everything. You have surely visited Balmora on your travels and my description couldn't do it justice. This is a typical modern townhouse built by the river Odai. It's quite a recent build so it won't require any maintenance for many years to come. It is only one room and a cellar, but I am guessing you spent more time on the road than sitting around the fireplace. What do you say? 20,000 gold is surely a small price to pay for such a lucrative area." - Brutus

The inside of the main room contains several storage containers, an empty bookshelf, a table with a chair pushed up to it, and a small bed. There are also an undecorated hutch and two potted plants. One pot contains three willow anther stalks and the other, three black anther flowers, all of which may be harvested for their respective ingredients. In one corner, a hatch on the floor leads into the basement.
The basement houses another small table with two chairs, a closet, and many more bags, barrels, and chests for stashing items. There is also another bookshelf, empty except for the four small barrels held on the bottom shelf. Finally, the ladder leading to the ceiling hatch leads back to the main floor.
