In the southeastern part of Mephala's realm.

Kazbai is a small settlement located in the southeast part of Mephala's realm.

It consists of a handful of stone houses partially surrounded by a wall; a large gate (sans portcullis) grants access to the west end of the settlement. The ruins of a tower stand on a bluff overlooking the buildings below.

Aside from Toni (a merchant who sells donkeys), a temple to Mephala, and the House of the Moon (a skooma den), there is little else of interest to adventurers here.
