Laiken's Forge is a smithy located near the center of Galu Oasis, on the north side of the road near the water.
The proprietor, Laiken the Smith, has 3200 gold, a Mercantile skill of 48, and buys weapons, armor, and miscellaneous items, and sells armor and weapons.
The smithy occupies the front half of the building. A bench where customers can sit and wait is situated against one wall; along the back wall, a small raised platform holds various containers, along with a rack of swords. A hand-built wooden wall with a door separates the smithy from Laiken's living quarters, a moderately-sized space with his bed, storage containers, and a bench and tables.
