Velvet Fulfillment is a clothing and jewelry store that occupies a two-story building in the southern part of Kathar, next to the waterway.
The proprietor, Eben Gedbiate, has 2000 gold, a Mercantile skill of 38, and buys and sells all items, including stolen goods. Like other shops in Kathar, he's open from 10pm to 6am, weeknights.
Most of the lower floor is partitioned off into the shop; it has display cases, counters, and shelves displaying the wares, and a pair of dummies that can be used to display clothing. A counter blocks access to the stairs to the second floor, where a pair of slaves live and work.
