The Abandoned Homestead is an estate in southeastern Cyrodiil, south of Cropsford. The homestead is located up the hill southwest of the Hedoran Estate. It is infested with Bloodfiends. A vampire necromancer named Lady Famyne resides here. Candles lit with cold, blue flames litter the property. A copy of The Order of the Black Worm lies within the remains of the house. The necromancer occasionally enters the ruined house to pray in front of the pile of candles by the wall.
