You and Tanlorin will be asked by the Gardener to check on Snapdragon, an ex-member of the Garland Ring. She teaches adepts at the Mages Guild, but had not responded to any of the Gardener's missives.
While in Skywatch, you will come across a group of adepts:
- Votary Nofring: "Is it true? A reeve arrested a mage right in the guildhall?"
- Adept Sethya Aloren: "I was there! Reeve Nardarmor marched right in with armed guards and arrested Lirinisse."
- Adept Melinthewe: "That's terrible! Did they offer any explanation?"
- Tanlorin: "Snapdragon's been arrested? We need to talk to those adepts."
Talk to Adept Sethya to find out what happened:
- "Careful, stranger. Reeve Nardarmor is throwing his weight around. The Skywatch Guard barged right into the guildhall and arrested a mage!"
- We heard you talking. Did you say the name of the arrested mage was Lirinisse?
- "Yes, Lirinisse! Are you friends of hers? She was as starched as the archmagister's robes, but she knew her spellcraft.
It was eerie, she was so calm when they dragged her out of her office. Almost like she was expecting them. Strange." - Do you know where they took her?
- "The adepts told us that Snapdragon was arrested by a local reeve named Nardarmor. They don't know where she was taken, but we may be able to find more information in the reeve's office inside Skywatch Manor."
