Anchor Devastator and its preceding achievements are awarded for participating in battles at Dolmens. There is no requirement for you to break the chains, defeat the final bosses yourself, or anything like that, provided you contribute something to the battle. It's not known whether simply healing or tanking is sufficient, so you should probably try to get at least one hit in per battle. Note that only full-fledged Dolmens count - those encountered as part of a quest, or the Proving Grounds or Unfinished Dolmens do not count.
