Ashurnibibi is a Daedric ruin dedicated to Malacath along the Bitter Coast in Vvardenfell, west of Ahemmusa Camp.
The ruins are occupied by Malacath worshippers. After they interfered with House Telvanni affairs, the House hired the Morag Tong to eradicate the cult.
It is not marked on the map, but is one of the locations you need to visit for the Daedric Explorer achievement.
