Factotum Seekers are factotum bounty hunters located in the Clockwork City.
They also have an additional unique factotum-specific ability where they quickly shoot you with a unfolding crossbow from far away, dealing low physical damage, instantly immobilizing you, and snaring you once the immobilize wears off.
