Flame Adepts (or Goutfang Adepts) are a class of hostile humanoid NPCs that attack using melee and magical abilities. They usually have no weapons, using their hands and a variety of flame spells to attack. This class was introduced in Dragonhold.

- Burning Hand Strike
- The enemy punches you with their ignited hand, dealing low flame damage.
- Burning Strike
- The enemy launches a flame bolt to you, dealing low flame damage.
- Flash Surge
- The enemy channels a conal fire breath attack, dealing flame damage over time. This can be interrupted.
- Flame Aura
- The enemy applies a large, orange circle around itself, giving invincibility in the form of damage shield to its allies inside the circle except itself.
