Herminius Andus is an Imperial student who can be found in the Sewer Tenement and can be either be the main or secondary target of the Black Sacrament.
He is renowned in the horse racing circuit, and the bookkeepers of the Courier Stakes are certain he'll win. They don't want that to happen, so Andus must die. As a secondary objective of a contract, he will targeted due to his close relationship with the main target.
Herminius can be often found in the sewer's southwestern square room — the one that branches off from the southern main chamber. He can spawn also in northeastern secret room.
