The Hollowjack Broken are mortals that have been cursed with paranoia by Hollowjack. They are engulfed in a black aura and wear Daedric style armor. They are surrounded by corpses, and will attack you out of fear if you get too close.
They can be found at random encounters during the Witches Festival.

They will say one of the following when you approach:
- Hollowjack Broken: "Another one! Do my eyes deceive me or are you truly a monster? Back away, I beg you!"
- Hollowjack Broken: "Are you a monster? No matter. Just keep away from me!"
If you get closer they will say one the following:
- Hollowjack Broken: "Please! If you're not a monster, just back away! I will defend myself!"
- Hollowjack Broken: "I don't want to hurt you, but I won't be responsible if you don't go away!"
When they attack you, they will say:
- Hollowjack Broken: "Only a monster would ignore my warnings! I won't let you take me today!"
