Ihlqub is a Redguard spirit found at Na-Totambu's Landing. In life he was a Sword-singer part of Navid's band, and was later murdered by the latter out of jealousy.
He is an ancient Yokudan and a member of the sword-cursed, a group of restless spirits who are doomed to forever plague whoever possesses the blade of Sword-Singer Navid. When you attempt to take the sword during the related quest, the sword-cursed will attack, culminating with Ihlqub himself appearing to face you. You must defeat him to claim the sword and progress the quest.
