Jode's Chariot is the law enforcement agency employed by Shan-ra, the leader of the merchants in charge of the Redfur Trading Post. They function as you'd expect the town guard would.
They have a minor rivalry with the Hollow Moon, an organization of thieves that steals from the rich and gives to the needy. Though the two organizations generally have mutual respect one another due to the nature of the Hollow Moon's cause, the Chariots still must arrest agents of the Hollow Moon should they be caught.
