Complete the challenges set forth by Jester Queen Ayrenn, Jester King Emeric, and Jester King Jorunn and be crowned Lord/Lady of Misrule.

Lord of Misrule or Lady of Misrule (depending on your gender) is awarded for completing each of the three daily quests associated with the Jester's Festival, including Springtime Flair outside Vulkhel Guard, A Noble Guest outside Ebonheart, and Royal Revelry outside Daggerfall. It is not necessary to get the secondary achievements associated with these quests.
