The Falinesti Winter Site is the winter location of Falinesti, in central Grahtwood, just west of Elden Root. General Endare and her Jade Dragoons made their way here from Haven on their search for a mysterious artifact, where they conscripted the Falinesti Faithful into excavating for them.
