Rulantaril's Construct is a Flame Atronach made by Rulantaril Oran to guard a key in Crow's Wood. It spawns when you open Rulantaril's Cursed Chest inside a ruined tower on the northern side of the realm, just north along the path from Crow Mother's Tower.
The Construct will respawn if anyone else opens the chest, so it is advisable to loot quickly to avoid fighting it twice.
