Spinner Caerllin is a Wood Elf who can be found in Silvenar. During the quest, he is held captive by Ulthorn the Hound in order to control the city.

After solving his puzzle whether you kept him alive or not:
- "Freedom exists, as do I, in any state. But my brethren, you must unlock their bonds, one way or another."
If he is the last spinner you free whether alive or not:
- "The triumvirate is free, and our energies can no longer be used against the rightful rulers of this city.
Go to the Silvenar, now. He will tell you what needs to be done to preserve this moment."
Inside the Audience Hall after defeating The Hound, he'll say:
- "There is strength in you, to do what must be done."
After the wedding ceremony, he'll add:
- "A simple ceremony starts the Bosmers' most important relationship."
After the quest, he'll tell you:
- "Celebrations will continue for many, many days."
NotesEdit
- If you fail to solve the puzzle to free Caerllin, you will fight Silvenar Present and he will die.
- Even if you fail to save him, he will arrive at the ceremony as a spirit.
