The Swarm Mother Nightmare is a specter of the Swarm Mother that appears in Spindleclutch II during the battle with Praxin Douare, when he begins hallucinating enemies from the initial journey through the ruins. Once it and all the other nightmares are killed, Praxin will transform into a wraith.
