- Complete the "Rage of Dragons" quest in Northern Elsweyr.
Tharn's Aide-de-Camp is awarded during the main quest in the Elsweyr chapter. The only quest you will need to complete is A Rage of Dragons. Earning this achievement will allow you to purchase a Banner, Anequina (page) for your house. It costs 10,000 and can be purchased from Lathahim in Rimmen.
