Built into the Foundations of Kvatch itself, this ancient complex was abandoned by the Dark Brotherhood after a subterranean collapse tumbled one wall of the Speaker's bedchamber into a massive natural cavern.

The Erstwhile Sanctuary's entrance

The Erstwhile Sanctuary is a player manor in an abandoned Dark Brotherhood sanctuary below the city of Kvatch. The entrance to the sanctuary can be found south of the Kvatch Wayshrine, just off the path leading up to the city.

It returned to Crown Store from May 6 to May 20 in 2021, and from May 5 to May 19 in 2022.
