The Whisperer is a Spider Daedra who can be encountered as a boss within the Infinite Archive. Her original manifestation can be found in Spindleclutch I.
Skills and AbilitiesEdit
As a boss type creature, the Whisperer is immune to all forms of crowd control effects.
- Impale
- A basic melee attack that does moderate Physical Damage.
- Web Blast
- The boss spits a green projectile, doing high physical damage and knocking you back. This attack can be avoided by blocking or rolling. This is somewhat more dangerous than in Spidleclutch, as it can knock you off the platform. You should generally avoid the edges of the platform during this fight for this reason.
- Arachnophobia
- The boss summons many spiders. Unlike her Spindleclutch equivalent, these spiders are not illusions, and will attack. They are fairly weak and easily dealt with, however.
- Web Pull
- The boss pulls you in towards herself using webs. This is usually followed by Daedric Explosion.
- Daedric Explosion
- The boss charges up a large burst of magic around herself. This attack does high Magic Damage as indicated by a red circle. This covers most of the platform, so is hard to avoid without falling off the edges. Fortunately, the damage is considerably less than in Spindleclutch so you can survive by blocking if you are unable to get to a safe spot.
