Variela's Watchtower is a ruined fort in southern Cyrodiil, east of Castle Faregyl and just southwest of Moffka's Lament. The fort is occupied by skeletons led by the Skeletal Watch Captain. Graveyard Research Notes can be found here. A heavy sack can spawn at the top of the tower.
