This effect is a variant of Damage Magicka. It causes a total of <mag>×<dur> damage.

As with the other Damage Magicka variant, Ravage Magicka, it is only available from poisons.

The duration of a Lingering Damage Magicka poison is always 10 seconds, regardless of Alchemy perks, skill level, and Fortify Alchemy enchanted worn apparel at the time of poison creation; what is increased is the magnitude, or how much magicka is drained per second.
