Valga Vinicia is an Imperial and innkeeper of the Dead Man's Drink in Falkreath. She has 100 gold available to barter with and buys food.
Valga tends to the inn's counter 24 hours a day, never taking a break to drink, eat, or sleep.
She wears a set of barkeep clothes and a pair of shoes. She is equipped with an iron dagger, and carries a key to the inn as well as a selection of common loot and gold.

- "I wouldn't complain if we could string together a few sunny days now and then."
- Where can I learn more about magic?
- "The people of Skyrim don't like magic much, so about the only place you're likely to find a teacher is the College of Winterhold."

- "Folks have gone missing the past few weeks. Word now's that our hunters are gone, too. Say, if you're traveling, could you keep an eye out for them? Valdr and his men. I think they were after a bear up north."
When exiting conversation, she'll say:
- "You hear any juicy gossip in town, be sure to share it with me!"
- "I'll be right here if you need anything else."

- Narri: "At some point we should hire Tekla on here. If she could just spend less time serving Dengeir..."
- Valga: "I wish I could afford to pay you both, Narri. I really do."

- Tekla: "As he should I suppose."
- Valga: "Hmmm, well don't take what you don't have to."
- Solaf: "Keep them coming and keep them strong, Valga."

Unused ConversationsEdit
She was also supposed to have a conversation with local apothecary, Zaria. However, Zaria never leaves Grave Concoctions so the conversation will never be heard:
- Zaria: "The way this war is going you'll soon have plenty of veterans like me to buy drinks."
- Valga: "The way this war is going there might not be anyone left to drink soon."

- Valga belongs to the food vendor class, which determines the level of her skills.
- Valga does not have a unique facial model, she instead uses the default female Imperial face. She shares this quirk with the owner of Mixwater Mill, Gilfre.
- The dialogue tied to the rumor about Moss Mother Cavern refers to an NPC known as Brandr internally. This person might've been an earlier iteration of Valga.
