Convincing Brunwulf
Brunwulf Free-Winter is the Jarl of Eastmarch.
I know little of the man, but I suspect he may be wanting to validate his recent appointment to Jarl.
You should search the Palace of the Kings, try to find some task you can assist with that would help make Brunwulf seem competent.
