Jarl Thongvor Silver-Blood is the current ruler of The Reach.
Both he and his family know business well. This will work to our disadvantage, unless you are able to outmaneuver his trade acumen with your own business savvy.
If you feel unable to match his shrewdness, you can always attempt to extort him.
I hear he has a great distaste for "elves". But I suspect the gentleman doth protest too much...
