No, excuse me, I don't get your point. OF COURSE, in game reality, the Dragon lair "has always been there". That is obvious. But, there aren't Dragons and dragon lairs and shouts in Bloodmoon and in any other game before Skyrim..?

Dragons and dragon lairs are a peculiarity of Skyrim, so this must not point at the lore version, but at the proper in-game counterpart
