Angunas is a Wood Elf pawnbroker who runs a store in Andothren, in conjunction with a more secretive partner named Three-Eyes. He will nonetheless hide the existence of the latter until the quest Good Fences, Good Neighbors, where he will offer you Three-Eyes' location in an exchange for an extortionately priced glass vase.
You may choose to pay for the vase, find Three-Eyes yourself, or smash the overpriced urn over Angunas' head. He seems to respect you more for this, provided that you offer no apology.
