Rethil Farm is a small hackle-lo farm northeast of Oran Plantation.
It consists of a farmhouse and a storage outbuilding, populated by slaves, guards and the Rethils. The two members of the Rethil family present seem to hold extreme differences of belief when it comes to slavery, with Vothus Rethil exhibiting outright suspicion of Khajiit and Argonian characters:
An Argonian like you walking alone in here is a rather suspicious sight. Leave, before I call the overseer.
Varvur Rethil seems to have a different outlook - a number of his dialogue options show sympathy for slaves and abhorrence of the institution. He will warn Khajiit or Argonian players to get away.
"What are you doing here? Don't you see what they're doing to your people? Get as far as you can from this land. The Argonian Mission in Ebonheart will help you get on a ship. Go!"
The key to the slave bracers in this area can be found on the desk in Vothus Rethil's bedroom, behind a level 40 locked door.
Awfully-Swift-Skink is hiding out across the river, to the north of this location, and will give the quest Awfully-Swift-Skink Breaks Free.
