SummaryEdit
This template should be used to indicate when a user believes multiple articles should be merged into a single article. It will add tagged articles to Category:To Be Merged.
ParametersEdit
| Parameter | Scope | Description |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | required | The name of the article to merge with. |
| 2-6 | optional | Names of any additional articles that should also be merged. |
| nocat | optional | Specifying any value for this parameter will cause the article not to be added to Category:To Be Merged; normally used only for documentation. |
| section | optional | Section name of the discussion (defaults to "Merge"). |
| notalk | optional | Specifying any value for the parameter will cause the notice to not display a talk page link. Only used in special circumstances. |
