Count Reman IV, mostly known as Reman or Emperor Reman IV, was an Imperial warlord, pretender to the Ruby Throne and an ambitious noble who ruled over Cyrodiil region during the Interregnum, with his influence reaching Craglorn, the Reach, Elsweyr, Galen, the entire Covenant and portions of the Pact. Through sheer tactics, leadership and money, he paved his way to the high ranks of the Breton and Cyrodiilic nobility and manage to rally an army strong and big enough to crown him Emperor of Cyrodiil. Although a very patient and friendly person, he's known for his hatred against altmers, soldiers that don't take the war seriously and his confidence (or arrogance) that he's more worthy of the Ruby Throne than most of the Pretenders.
The current capital of his Empire is located in Fort Redwater, where he built a village inside his walled citadel. He ocasionally moves between Redwater, his manor in Fort Linchal, his imperial offices at Markarth and Solitude or is protecting his mercantile routes in the flagship of his fleet, the Dragon of the West.
