The entrance to the Arkay Apartments

The Arkay Apartments is a middle-class apartment building located east of the entrance to the Waterfront Tunnel in the Imperial City Temple District.

The lobby of the building

It consists of seven apartments spread out over three floors. The ground floor has a small lobby that holds a couple benches and one large apartment. The upper floor has three larger apartments with a splendid view of the Temple District. The basement has smaller apartments which, though they have no windows, stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer. All apartments are furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, and a cupboard; additional items can be added to suit the tenant's tastes.
