Ice-Wind Traders is a general goods shop in the eastern district of Bruma. It is located between the eastern gate and Sellus Prelius's house, and is run by Cedus Perusius, who will buy and sell any kind of good, as well as sell upgrades for White Pine Lodge.
The ground floor is the main trading room and is adorned with Cedus's great variety of products. By the entrance you will find iron weapons hanging on the walls and a key-requiring display case hosting an Ayleid dagger. Cedus can be found behind his counter, next to an empty common soul gem, an adept-locked safe and two coin purses. On the shelves behind him are a scroll of conjure familiar, a scroll of ice spike and a horker tusk, while the shelves in front host numerous cheap books, a sabre cat pelt and a bear pelt.
The adjacent room holds even more trade goods: to the left is a table with three expert-locked display cases, containing a flawless emerald, a flawless garnet, a flawless sapphire, a gold necklace, a gold ruby necklace, a gold emerald ring, a gold sapphire ring, a silver amethyst ring and a silver emerald necklace. Further along is a selection of food and tableware, as well as portions of fire salts and frost salts, an apothecary's satchel, a potion of health and a stamina poison. On the other side of the room are a number of items of clothing and armor, including some Colovian fur clothes and a suit of leather armor.
Cedus's living quarters are downstairs and feature a dining area with food and drink and a cooking pot, and a sleeping area with a double bed, a knapsack and a flute. Also nearby are two apprentice-locked chests, a snow bear pelt and a coin purse.
