The Beautiful are a violent group of militants that appeared in Summerset Isle during the Third Era. These radicals sought to destroy significant monuments and assassinate traditional leaders in an attempt to further modernity and reject their Altmer heritage. Their assassination of the daughter of the King of Shimmerene horrified and outraged the public.[1]
