Cinia Urtius is an Imperial shipmaster who was meant to be the Master Trainer in Medium Armor.
Cinia wears a common shirt and pants. Aside from her natural charm and ability to absorb fatigue from others, she knows the spells Demoralize Humanoid, Demoralize Creature, Rallying Touch, Demoralizing Touch, and Demoralize Beast.

- Cinia isn't actually placed in-game and cannot normally be encountered. However, this seems to be a developer oversight.
- The Morrowind Prophecies, page 47, lists locations around Tel Aruhn and states "This guy [sic] won't ship you anywhere. But Cinia Urtius does happen to be the “secret master" of Medium Armor."
- Page 235 of The Morrowind Prophecies also lists Cinia among the "Secret Masters", stating "Medium Armored Defense: Cinia Urtius, on the deck of the boat at the Tel Fyr dock."
The Morrowind Patch Project places her on the boat at the Tel Fyr docks. She now also offers one-way transport to Sadrith Mora.
BugsEdit
- Even if Cinia were to be placed in-game via console commands, she wouldn't be able to offer training, due to her not being "trainer" box not being checked.
- The Morrowind Patch Project fixes this bug.
