       Where:   FactionID = Optional faction for the player to join.

        Type:   Faction

     Returns:   none

     Example:   PCLowerRank, "Mages Guild"
                PCLowerRank, Nerevarine 
                PCLowerRank                     (uses the caller's faction)

     Scripts:   Not Used

Lowers the player's rank in the given faction.
