Darkstone Manor is a player home in Morrowind Rebirth that is purchasable for 50,000 gold from Brutus in the Imperial Estate Agency in Ebonheart. "If you purchase this property I promise you will be thrilled! This luxurious two story [sic] home is located right in the middle of town with plenty of room for storage and any other use you can think of. It's even large enough to raise a family if you find that special someone you want to share it with. At 50,000 gold I can not stress what a bargain this is!" - Brutus

This is a large two-story home, as described. The first floor features a kitchen with a fireplace and a cauldron inside. There are also two wall cupboards, an undecorated hutch, a small table with two chairs, and an empty bookshelf. There are two windowsills; one empty, and the other with three potted plants situated on it, each with flowers that may be harvested for ingredients.
There is a staircase leading up to the second floor and across from it, the third windowsill with three more potted plants. These plants are generic and don't contain any harvestable alchemy reagents. Turning around a large wall partition leads through a short hallway and into the main bedroom which houses another fireplace, a large bed, more storage containers, and two more windowsills, this time empty. This fireplace also has a large flame burning within. Furthermore, there are a few more bags, barrels, and chests here, a desk, and two chairs. Throughout the home, there are two coats of arms and three taxidermy bear heads mounted on plaques.
