Bonechime Outpost is an ancient Khajiiti ruin being used as a hideout by the Bonechime Gang located near the Prowl.
You can find the Beast Acquisitions Log at Rahti's Command Post on a table beneath the canopy. A skyshard can be found in the northeast part of the ruins.
