Clockwork City Vaults is a cavern beneath the city of Mournhold. Though intended to lead you to the Brass Fortress, the tampering of other forces causes the pathway to be diverted to the Pneumatic Forge on the outskirts of the city.
They contain the Dwemer ruin of Bamz-Amschend, which in turn is home to Seht's Vault, where the Clockwork City is located. The entrance to the Vaults is behind the Tribunal Temple in Mournhold, hidden behind a waterfall, which Divayth Fyr reveals during the related quest..

- Seht's Vault is also seen the during the quest Divine Restoration in the Morrowind chapter, appearing as a part of the Clockwork City Vault.
- Bamz-Amschend also appears in Tribunal.
- The glow bugs and rats in the Dwemer ruins have higher health and cannot be killed, as they serve as added scenery, scurrying off as you approach.
- At some point, friendly Clockwork Guardians and Factotum Assemblers could be seen in Seht's Vault. This was changed at some point however, and now only destroyed factotums are seen.
