PounceCRIMINAL ACT Pounce on an enemy with primal fury, dealing [4610 / 4660 / 4711 / 4761] Bleed Damage and applying the Hemorrhaging status effect. Activating the ability again within the next 5 seconds causes you to rip into an enemy and deal [3456 / 3500 / 3526 / 3566] Bleed Damage over 10 seconds, dealing up to 450% more damage to enemies under 100% Health.

CRIMINAL ACT Pounce on an enemy with primal fury, dealing [4766 / 4818 / 4870 / 4923] Bleed Damage and applying the Hemorrhaging status effect to all nearby enemies. Activating the ability again within the next 5 seconds causes you to rip into all enemies in front of you to deal 3568 Bleed Damage over 10 seconds, dealing up to 450% more damage to enemies under 100% Health. Increases your Weapon and Spell Damage by [85 / 90 / 95 / 100] for each enemy hit, up to 6 times.
Feral PounceCRIMINAL ACT Pounce on an enemy with primal fury, dealing 4766 Bleed Damage and applying the Hemorrhaging status effect. Activating the ability again within the next 5 seconds causes you to rip into an enemy and deal 3568 Bleed Damage over 10 seconds, dealing up to 450% more damage to enemies under 100% Health. Dealing damage with either attack restores [85 / 90 / 95 / 100] Stamina and extends your Werewolf Transformation by 1 second.

Pounce causes you to leap and attack an enemy, dealing Bleed Damage. If cast again within a few seconds it will apply a Bleed Damage over time with the damage scaling on the targets missing Health. The Brutal Pounce morph changes this to an Area Effect attack and gives you a stacking damage bonus, while the Feral Pounce morph will extend the duration of your transformation and restore some Stamina.

Patch NotesEdit

  • This ability now deals more damage, and can now be cast while silenced.
  • Brutal Pounce: This ability now deals 50% of the initial hit to nearby enemies.
  • Feral Pounce:
    • This ability only increases the werewolf duration if you are 10 meters or more from your target.
    • This ability now properly increases the werewolf timer when used.
    • Updated the tooltip to note that it only adds Ultimate when traveling at least 10 meters.
  • Fixed an issue where this ability and its morphs were not applying the charge snare to the target enemy.
  • Decreased the damage dealt by this ability and its morphs by approximately 16%.
  • Brutal Pounce: This morph now deals full damage to the primary target and partial damage to secondary targets, rather than hitting the primary target twice with partial damage. The total damage dealt remains unchanged.
  • Brutal Pounce: Fixed an issue where this morph would stun any secondary target, even if they were not already Off Balance.
  • This ability and its morphs no longer stun the target if they were already set Off Balance.
  • Decreased the base cost for this ability and its morphs to 4016 from 4050.
  • Brutal Pounce: The AoE damage dealt from this morph now deals the same damage as the initial hit.
  • Fixed an issue where this ability would fail to properly animate the leap. This will result in more time for defenders to respond to the attack as well.
  • This ability now becomes Carnage for 5 seconds after casting it, which allows you to quickly rend your target, causing them to Bleed for 10 seconds with an aggressive execute scaling bonus.
    • Brutal Pounce (morph): Carnage now overrides to Brutal Carnage, converting it into a conal attack. Each time an enemy is hit by Brutal Carnage, you gain extra Weapon Damage up to a maximum of 6 times.
    • Feral Pounce (morph): Dealing damage with the initial hit or the override Feral Carnage, grant Stamina in addition to extending the time you stay in Werewolf form.
  • Added additional fail safes for this ability and its morphs to help reduce situations where you could become locked out after using the Carnage Override.
    • Brutal Pounce (morph): Fixed an issue where this ability's damage was split into two attacks, rather than a singular attack of Area of Effect damage.
  • Brutal Pounce (morph): Fixed an issue where Brutal Carnage's Damage over Time was not properly inheriting the damage increase from Carnage's rank up progression. This will result in approximately 3.3% damage increase of this morph's bleed.
  • The following abilities will now deal purely Bleed Damage rather than Physical Damage or a mix of Physical and Bleed Damage.
    • Bloodthirst (morph of Flurry)
    • Carve (morph of Cleave)
    • Cutting Dive (morph of Dive)

    • Trap Beast and morphs
    • Twin Slashes and morphs
  • The following passives and player abilities now grant hybrid stats to help improve their viability and accessibility to off-meta builds, because we love them too:
    • Agility: Now grants equal Weapon and Spell Damage.
    • Balanced Warrior:
      • Now grants 660/1320 Armor, rather than 1320/2640 Spell Resistance.
      • Now grants equal Weapon and Spell Damage values.
    • Brutal Carange's bonus: Now grants equal Weapon and Spell Damage values.
    • Concentration: Now grants equal Offensive Penetration.
    • Dexterity: Now increases Critical Damage and Healing Done per piece worn, up to 2% at the final rank, rather than Weapon Critical (as Prodigy now grants Weapon Critical as well)
    • Flawless Dawnbreaker's bonus: Now grants equal Weapon and Spell Damage values.
    • Prodigy: Now grants equal Critical Chance.
    • Savage Strength: Now grants equal Weapon and Spell Damage values.
    • Scaled Armor: Now grants 825/1650 Armor rather than 1320/3300 Spell Resistance.
    • Slayer: Now grants equal Weapon and Spell Damage values.
  • Fixed an issue where this ability and its morphs' override abilities, Carnage, could be dodged and blocked despite being Damage over Time.
