Forest Spirits are ghostly Bosmer found following other players around Verrant Morass during the quest The Blight of the Bosmer. They take the place of Indaenir to ensure you don't see multiple copies of the same person. They are only seen in the Shadow Wood instance, appearing as a Vinedusk Ranger for the earlier part of the quest.
