The Guardian Council refers to three Dwarven Centurions in The Eye's Chamber section of Volenfell:

Together they make up the final boss fight of the dungeon.
They have a chance to drop the Antiquity lead for the Dwarven Leather Saddle Seat and Volenfell Etching Tools. In Veteran mode, they will drop a Tremorscale set helmet.
