The Guest House is a well appointed Aldmeri-style house located west of the Manor.
It is where you are transported once Spinner Maruin sends you into Aranias' story, and is also where the portal - portrayed as a fireplace - back to Greenshade is located should you need to leave for whatever reason. Like every other building on the island, none of the containers are owned.
